Elizabeth Institute offers a wide range of courses and locations that can take you a step further on your career path.

2. Check Course Entry Requirements

› International Students must have:
– Satisfactorily completed Year 12 or equivalent certificate of senior secondary education.
– For courses offered by Elizabeth Institute, students must be at least 18 years of age to start studying.
– Minimum test score of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (other test score are also acceptable).
If your level of English is insufficient, Elizabeth Institute offers General English course as an alternative pathway to our vocational courses.

In addition, there may be specific academic requirements for each vocational course. Please visit our Programs and Courses section on our website or alternatively, read our “International Student Prospectus”.

3. Complete Enrolment Form

4. Attach all Relevant Documents

› International Students
– Completed Student Application Form
– Completed Career Arrangement Form ˆ(if applicable)
– Copy of Highest Qualification Achieved
– Copy of Passport
– Copy of IELTS Test or equivalent

5. Submit your Application

› Post and email your application form with the supporting documents to our Admission Sydney Office at:

6. Upon Successful Application

If your application is successful, we will send you an Offer Letter offering you a place in the course.

7. Pay Fees

On receipt of the Offer Letter and upon signing the Student Agreement you will need to pay your tuition fees and the Overseas Student Health Cover if applicable. Please refer to the payment details as outlined in the Offer Letter.
Overseas Students: International students must provide payment for your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or proof of existing OSHC before your enrolment can be confirmed. We can arrange your Health Cover if you need. For more info, click here.

8. Apply for Student Visa (International Students)

On receipt of the fees, we will forward an official Confirmation of Enrolment that is needed for you to apply for a Student Visa. All international students must apply for and obtain a Student Visa from an appropriate Australian Government office before leaving for Australia. Please refer to the Department of Home Affairs website: www.homeaffairs.gov.au for further information regarding how to lodge a Student Visa. The general conditions required for a Student Visa to be issued are as follows:
› Letter from us indicating acceptance of application
› Confirmation of Enrolment after the respective fees are paid
› Health check-up as required by regulations
› Proof of financial support
